在一般情況下，自取服務會比送貨服務取貨時間更長。

請取貨時自備環保袋。

下單成功後約二至五個工作天收到電郵通知，便可於自取點取貨。

客戶必須收到電郵通知後10個工作天內取貨，如未能在限時內取貨GogoHealth有權收取不多於港幣$200存倉費用。

可預約之自取點運作時間或因特別安排作出更改，請預約或前往取貨前查閱以下「自取點取件時間變動通告」。
- 如選擇自取點取貨後更改為送貨，客戶須重新支付送貨服務以及更加送貨而產生之運輸費用後，才安排送貨。
- 在取貨電郵通知發彼計起，如客戶未能在一個月內取貨，訂單或會被取消而不獲退款。

請注意：所有選擇自取點取貨的訂單不得退款。
如有任何爭議，GogoHealth Limited 將保留最終決定權。
