Note: Please read the following details before choosing the self-pickup service.
- Under normal circumstances, self-pickup services will take longer than delivery services.
- Please bring your own reusable bag when picking up the goods.
- It will take about two to five working days after you receive the email notification after your order is successfully placed, and you can pick up the goods at the self-pickup point.
- Customers must pick up the goods within 10 working days after receiving the email notification. If the goods are not picked up within the time limit, GogoHealth reserves the right to charge a storage fee of no more than HK$200.
- The operating hours of self-pickup points that can be reserved may be changed due to special arrangements. Please check the following "Notice of Changes in Pickup Point Pickup Time" before making a reservation or going to pick up your order.
- Please note: All orders placed for pickup at self-pickup points are non-refundable.
