Preparation method (milkshake):
1) Prepare 250 ml of frozen boiled water in a hand cup
2) Add a packet of OPTIFAST® milkshake
3) Shake well until completely dissolved and add ice cubes to drink for a better taste.

個人比較喜歡咖啡味也可以代替早上柸咖啡，香蕉味也不錯！愛香蕉味的一定鍾意，甜度適中，另外濃湯口感OK, 兩款代餐都飽肚。CS 跟進送貸單服務很好，會再訂購！
好怕飲代餐奶粉，但這款是濃湯，味道好又可提供足夠蛋白質，正！
